Commercial Swimming Pool Refinishing Project

The scope of work for this project is to perform the tasks associated with the resurfacing of the swimming pool at the FSDB Campus along with replacing the belly tile or waterline tile around the entire perimeter of the pool the lane line tiles, and the water depth marker tiles. Contractor is responsible to provide a complete installation of the items included in this scope of work including all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the Pool Resurfacing and associated work. The specific items of work included herein are listed for emphasis only and are not intended to limit the scope of work or modify manufacturer’s required procedures in any way. It is the Contractor’s responsibility, based on their expertise and knowledge of the work, to include all items, materials, and procedures necessary to complete the execution of the work that, although not shown, can be reasonably inferred to be a part of the work. FSDB will give final approval for all materials, colors, and finishes prior to the commencement of the work.
