Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Kaysville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a 463-square-foot playground / park / athletic field. The project is located at the Davis Park Golf Course on E. Nicholls Road in Kaysville, Utah. the project consists of two(2) primarily cmu structures. one a covered pavillion, and the other a fully insulated smaller building. both are to have the same look, style and materials. additionally, new concrete and asphalt are to be laid out in order to create a driving range and parking for golf carts. power and gas are required for both structures, trenched within the concrete and asphalt pathways. the exisisting concrete and some of the asphalt is to be demolished in place of the new design.
