Description | Contractor to furnish labor and equipment to bore and install approximately 1,704 lineal feet of 33 HDPE conduits and 1-2 HDPE conduits. This project will also have 30 of trenching (3-10 sections). The first section will be 3-3 and 1-2 conduits, the second section will be 1-2, and the third section will be 3-3 and 1-2 conduits. Contractor will also be installing 5-three phase switch stands, 1-PE-42, and elbows. All installations will be to Central Lincoln provided specifications and Central Lincoln will provide all material. This project is located in the North Bend, OR area. Bid packages will not be mailed, prior to, or after the project pre-bid meeting. The pre-bid meeting will be the only time a contractor is able to obtain the complete bid package and meet with the project manager at the job site prior to award. Contractors that would like to be on the bidders list must be pre approved prior to the mandatory project pre-bid meeting. In order for a bid to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted bids must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for peoples utility districts. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so. |
