DESCRIPTION The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Department of Homeless Services (DHS) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the provision of Bushwick Roof Reconstruction (PIN: 21BCCDM03201 / EPIN: 07122B0001). Bidders are hereby notified that this contract is subject to Local Law 1, Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Requirements and Prevailing Wage Rates.
