| Description | Water Storage Tank Maintenance Program Owner: Barrow County Board of Commissioners Sealed proposals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners to obtain the services of an experienced water storage tank firm to provide a maintenance program for the water storage tanks within the Barrow County's water system. All proposals will be evaluated and project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the proposal openings. Owner Reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals, to evaluate proposals, and to accept any proposals which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Owner.
