Professional Services for Panama City Watson Bayou Waterfront Park

Qualified architects and/or engineers to provide Professional Services for the design of the new Panama City Watson Bayou Waterfront Park. The scope of the project will include design/rebuild of the pier to include a floating kayak launch associated with the rebuild of the pier (the “Project”). The Project will consist of the renovation and repairs of the existing pier by evaluation of the current conditions. A kayak launch will be constructed/purchased in accordance with what was originally on site, to also include a ramp for the access of the launch. Though an outdoor public restroom may be done in a second phase of the Project, the A&E firm will include only sitework and the appropriate planning of adding this into the Projects Master Plan, by using the current model/concept.
