HVAC Renovations

The work includes but is not limited to: • Demolition of existing heating and exhaust systems in eight (8) Elementary School gymnasiums and one Middle School gymnasium, and the installation of new air conditioning/HVAC equipment and associated ductwork and low voltage controls for these 9 gymnasiums. • The installation of bipolar ionization devices in existing HVAC equipment at these 9 facilities, as well as in existing HVAC equipment at Tift County High School. • At the Tift County School Administrative Office Building: the demolition of existing wall hung air conditioners, and the installation of new air conditioning/HVAC equipment and associated ductwork and low voltage controls for the new HVAC equipment. The project includes removing existing window panels and providing new glass infill where panels and wall hung air conditioners were removed, as well as new plywood service platforms in the attic. • The Testing Adjusting and Balancing of all new equipment and rebalancing noted supply fans at Tift County High School. • All associated utilities required for the new HVAC equipment at all facilities, including gas and electrical power. • Patching and painting of walls and additional structural support for the HVAC equipment at all facilities
