Community Development Block Grant Business Façade Grant Project 17 Court Street, Belfast

The Basil Burwell Community Theater, home of the Belfast Maskers at the building located at 17 Court Street, Belfast, Maine, seek qualified vendors to provide bids for the following two separate services: Rebuild the front retaining wall and re-lay brick pathway ramp and patio in front of doorway. This work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Facade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements for this program. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply for this project. The full bid package contains additional information regarding this scope of work.
