Description

The contractor will provide all the materials, labor and equipment necessary to remove and properly dispose of the existing residence, water service (water line/well), sanitary facilities (septic/sewer line), basement and foundations, surface debris, and all accessory structures, fences, and flat work. The contractor will inspect the residence for the presence of asbestos or other hazardous material by a state certified inspector. If hazardous materials are found, they will be removed as required by and in accordance with pertinent federal, state, and local approved procedures and statutes. The contractor shall be required to provide full and complete documentation of proper testing and proper disposal of all hazardous materials.
