Animal Services Fence Installation

Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder(s) in accordance with the attached instructions and conditions for the material and/or services specified on the drawings provided. No bid will be considered for award unless the Bidder, at the time of bid opening, is licensed with a valid Class C-13 Contractors License issued by the State of California. This is a public works project and therefor all prevailing wage laws apply. See Section 2 under Bid Instructions and Conditions for further detail. Pursuant to and in compliance with the bid/contract documents, the undersigned bidder, having examined documents pertaining to the bid as well as having visited the site and examined conditions relating thereto, proposes and agrees to furnish all material and/or services, within the time stipulated, for the prices indicated herein. If sales tax applies, please list as a separate item. The Undersigned agrees that this bid may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for receipt of bids. The undersigned declares under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the representations made in the bid are true and correct. Unsigned bids will not be accepted. Certificates of Insurance MUST be current and on file with the County prior to the commencement of work.
