Concrete Pavement Continuous Street Improvements The work under this improvement consists of everything necessary to complete the project as shown by specifications for said items on file in the office of the City Engineer, 814 Wheeling Avenue, Cambridge, Ohio. Attention of bidders is called to the federal and Ohio Public Works Commission requirements contained in this bid packet, including insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project Each proposal must be accompanied by a bond with an approved surety company as surety, in the sum of 100 percent of the amount of the bid as surety for the execution of the contract, or certified check for the amount of 10 percent of the bid on some solvent bank within the City of Cambridge, and made payable to the Director of Public Service, Cambridge, Ohio.
