| Description | Texas A&M, San Antonio is accepting proposals and intends to enter into an agreement for full property management services for its residential property portfolio. The current portfolio includes one (1) 400 bed residence hall and one (1) 362 bed residence hall with future properties planned. The RFP covers the current housing portfolio as well as any additional on campus properties as they come online. Deadline for Questions: October 27, 2023 @ 5:00 p.m. CST Posting mailing Addendum and Response to Inquiries: October 30, 2023 @ 5:00 p.m. CST The intent of the Agreement is to be in effect for a period of three (3) years, with the option to renew for an additional two (2) years, one (1) year at a time, if mutually agreed upon by both parties. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. |
