| Description | Construction of the United States components of the Gordie Howe International Bridge(GHIB) project including the Michigan Interchange with I-75, the United States Point of Entry,and the cable-stayed bridge over the Detroit River. The GHIB project is being constructed using the Public-Private Partnership (P3) contracting method. The Department is partneringwith the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) to complete owner oversight andverification testing to confirm that the work completed by the Project Company is in accordance with the Project Agreement for the Gordie Howe International Bridge (Project Agreement). |
