Description

The selected consultant will be tasked with creating engineered plans for each pipe system based on the required actions indicated below and attached to this request for proposals. If during the course of developing engineered plans, the selected consultant identifies additional structural issues in need of mitigation, then those mitigation measures shall be included on the plans. A copy of the 2019 inspection report and supporting video files will be provided upon award of contract. SMS-040579: Replace entire pipe run with rip rap. SMS-040578: Replace connection joint between two pipes. SMS-040577: Replace entire pipe to correct invert, add rip rap, and expose /raise buried storm structure connected to the system. SMS-040576: Replace end run of pipe from connection joint to waterline. SMS-043562: Replace end run of pipe from connection joint to waterline.
