Florence Generator and Enclosure Replacement and Install

This scope is for the turn-key purchase, delivery, installation and test of a new and closely identical to the existing, standby/backup power system for the SC Highway Patrol - Troop 5 Headquarters, located at 3415 East Palmetto Street, Florence, SC All questions must be submitted in writing and received by the Procurement Officer for this solicitation no later than 6/5/2023 at 12:00 PM EST A site visit will be held at the following date, time and location. Your failure to attend will not relieve the Contractor from responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty and cost of successfully performing the work, or for proceeding to successfully perform the work without additional expense to the State. The State assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the Contractor based on the information made available at the conference. Nor does the State assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions which can affect the work by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in this contract.
