HVAC services are for normal service calls involving routine repairs of the city’s facilities. The buildings included in this work consist of the Library, City Hall, Community Center, Public Works Facility, Public Safety Building, Cemetery Office and Chapel, Fire Station, Park Buildings, Aquatic Center, Wastewater Treatment Facility Office, and Senior Center.This specification is for a two (2) year term commencing January 1, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2022.
