Retainer Contracts for Insulation and Air Sealing Services Statewide QUESTIONS DUE August 03, 2022 - 2:00 PM (EST) The Contractor hereby agrees to comply with the State's bonding requirements as identified in the Instructions to Bidders which are included in the RFP and are attached and incorporated into the Contract Documents. Contracts arising from this RFP will be for a period of two (2) YEARS with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods. State reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, and to waive technicalities in submissions. The State also reserves the right to make purchases outside of the awarded contracts where it is deemed in the best interest of the State
