| Description | The work generally includes the following work items: Removal of existing EPDM roof membrane, insulation, flashings, copings, drains, drain bodies and related items. Installation of a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM rubber roofing system with vapor barrier, new roof drains and bodies, tapered insulation, flashings, counter flashings and copings. Existing elevator penthouse walls shall be weatherproofed with ice and water shield / barrier, batten strips and new high wind vinyl siding and miscellaneous other items described within the Contract Documents, complete and ready for use and in compliance with the latest codes and regulations. |
