Description | Consisting of Removal and Replacement of an Underground Fuel Storage Tank, Removal and Replacement of Existing Underground Fuel Lines, Installation of New Fuel Dispensing Station and Electrical/mechanical Lines and Controls, Installation of Fuel Pumps, Removal/replacement of the Concrete Slab Over the Underground Fuel Tanks, Installation of a New Concrete Slab at the New Fueling Dispenser, Removal/replacement of Pavement/sidewalk/curb & Gutter, Installation of Sheet Piles During Construction, Re-grading the Site, Import of Structural Section Shown on the Drawings, Installation of One Concrete Island With Steel Forms, Removal/replacement of Bollards/signs, Installation of Traffic Markings, Design/installation of a Canopy/canopy Pile Foundations, Installation of Curb Ramp, Installation of Storm Drain Pipe to Connect to Proposed Canopy Roof Drain, Connection to Existing Storm Drain System, Excavation/disposal of Contaminated Soil, Dewatering Contaminated Groundwater and Other Miscellaneous Items as Shown on the Drawings. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids.
