Description

The work consists of all work necessary for all repairs and maintenance services for the dredging and bulkhead systems, in and around the Inner Harbor which shall include but not limited to: removal of damaged piling/piles systems, demolition of damaged/condemned adjacent structures, repair of bulkheads, maintenance and/or new construction of piling system, concrete works, removal and hauling of debris; hauling and disposal of dredged material/sludge including trash not suitable for the Containment Facility ; framing; traffic control; installation of support systems to stabilize building(s); repairing or replacing concrete areas; repair/or replacement of all Finger Piers (stationary or floating), decking (concrete or wood), Water Taxi Landings (stationary or floating), railings (metal or wood), rub rail docking ladders, timber/wood pilings and piling systems, piling cap(s), anchoring devices (cleats) all as specified in the detailed specifications and/or as directed by the project supervisor.
