Alfred Peet and Braddon Halls Full Building Backup Power and Asbestos Abatement

Percent of Total Workforce (EEO) Minority and Women Workforce Goal (for all trades) - 10% Scope of the project is to expand the standby power available from the existing 100 KW generators serving Peet and Braddon Halls, to provide full electrical coverage for both buildings. Existing standby power electrical circuiting shall be reconfigured such that the entirety of Peet and Braddon Halls will be powered from the existing generators upon loss of normal building power. As part of the scope, the existing battery powered lighting inverters in Peet Hall will be removed and new lighting wall packs and exit lights will be installed throughout the building to comply with NFPA 101. Abatement and removal of existing ACM lighting fixtures is included in this scope of work Both generators shall be retested and certified at the completion of project.
