Description

Electrical contractor shall provide all underground conduits and concrete pads for new utility equipment. Contractor shall make modifications to the existing services at each location as shown on the drawings. Electrical contractor shall remove existing overhead lines and equipment once all underground services are installed and energized. Electrical contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all outages with the owner in advance as specified and discussed in project meetings. C. Contractor shall remove and deliver the following to Owner prior to start of work: 1. Existing gas lanterns and poles as noted in the contract documents.
