FMO Fire Extinguishers Removal and Replacement at AASF Building 1183

As of 11/22/2022, this project was not awarded. The repairs will be completed on Houston-Ellington Field-AASF Building 1183. Contractor to perform repairs needed as determined in the scope of work. Contractor shall perform services with licensed Technicians per State of Texas Requirements. Contractor shall provide all material, and equipment needed for the repairs. Old extinguishers will be removed from site and disposed of. If any deficiencies are found other than those identified below, the contractor will tag the item in accordance with fire codes then submit an estimate of repair. The TMD Fire Marshal will verify all work is completed. Bidder is reminded that 11/02/2022 at 4:00 P.M. Central Time is the last day to submit written questions for clarification by TMD.
