Lafayette Renew - Rainey Brook Lift Station (LS 2) Upgrade

The Project includes the following Work: Construction of new duplex 450-gpm pump lift station, approximately 5,700 LF of 6-inch and 8-inch force main, three (3) air release valve manholes, site improvements, and associated electrical and controls including a 60 kW backup generator. The Project has an expected duration of 270 days. A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds each worth 100% of the Bid will be required of the successful Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all bids, Question Deadline 09/06/2023 at 5:00 PM ET A conditional or qualified bid will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to purchase and maintain insurance coverage as described in the Contract Documents on an "occurrence basis".
