Laughlin Memorial Chapel 17th Street Lot New Playground Improvements

Laughlin Memorial Chapel is seeking sealed proposals in response to a Request for Proposals to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, materials, equipment supplies and transportation for 17th Street Lot New Playground Improvements. The project scope includes a new classroom pavilion, outdoor game area, terraced seating area and basketball court area The project scope includes a new classroom pavilion, outdoor game area, terraced seating area and basketball court area. The project will be funded with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds from the City of Wheeling s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Davis-Bacon wage rates, as established by the U.S. Department of Labor, and other Federal Labor Standard Provisions apply. Bidders shall comply with all State and Federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities. Any contractor submitting a Proposal on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a contractor s license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State of West Virginia and the City of Wheeling. The Laughlin Memorial Chapel (OWNER) reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informality in bidding, if determined to be in the best interest of Laughlin Memorial Chapel.
