Description

The Town of Blackstone is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveways and drop inlets within the Town of Blackstone. This unit price contract will be for an initial term of one year. This contract may be extended for additional one year terms in accord with the Virginia Public Procurement Act. The Town of Blackstone reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
