Description | Park City Municipal Corporation (PCMC) owns 49 housing units designated for city employees and is seeking property management proposals to manage all 49 employee units. PCMC requests Proposals from experienced property management firms interested in working with PCMC. The work outlined in the RFP includes the management of 49 affordable units which are a mixture of studios, apartments, duplexes and single family homes.
