Remove and Replace Roof - LDH

For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation. Failure to do so will remove the bid from consideration. Please refer to Attachment A: Special Terms and Conditions page four (4) for complete details of this requirement. Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% The State of Louisiana Reserves the Right to Award Items Separately, Grouped or on an All-or-none Basis and to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Any Informalities. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $100.00 per day will be assessed for each and every day the project remains incomplete beyond the established completion date.
