Description | As of December 13th, 2022 the bidding results will not be made available to the public for this project. project number - 06-204-086-00 Bidders shall submit questions to the Construction Manager in advance, to allow sufficient time for a response. The last date for receipt of questions is November 10, 2022, by 5.00pm. J. Vinton Schafer is the Design-Build Construction Manager for the project referenced above and is soliciting Subcontractor bid proposals. The project consists of the upgrade/replacement of approximately 1,300 lf of underground steam line and condensate return pipes, vaults, and services in the vicinity of Preinkert Drive, including all associated site preparation and restoration work. This Project is NOT subject to State Prevailing Wage Rates B. This Project is subject to Minority Business Enterprise requirements of (21%) Subgoals: 8% - African-American; 11%Women C. This Project may be funded in part by State, Federal, and/or Local Funds; awarded subcontractor shall comply with all regulatory and reporting requirements associated with the funding agencies. D. A Payment and Performance Bond will be required, unless pre-approved otherwise through the J. Vinton Schafer pre-qualification process. J.
