University of Maryland Underground Utilities Project - Site Work and Utilities (Storm Drain)

As of December 13th, 2022 the bidding results will not be made available to the public for this project. project number - 06-204-086-00 Bidders shall submit questions to the Construction Manager in advance, to allow sufficient time for a response. The last date for receipt of questions is November 10, 2022, by 5.00pm. J. Vinton Schafer is the Design-Build Construction Manager for the project referenced above and is soliciting Subcontractor bid proposals. The project consists of the upgrade/replacement of approximately 1,300 lf of underground steam line and condensate return pipes, vaults, and services in the vicinity of Preinkert Drive, including all associated site preparation and restoration work.
