Description

The project generally consists of installing approximately 7,300 lineal feet of 24-inch transmission water line, a 36-inch bored casing under the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and Highway 2, and associated asphalt removal and replacement. The 24-inch water line is to be constructed from the Districts Well 18 site (7391 E 84th Avenue) to a point of connection near the Districts Water Treatment Facility (7400 Quebec Street). The pipeline alignment crosses 84th Avenue and runs through District property and easements, then is located along Rosemary Street, Highway 2, and Quebec Street.
