4-1-2021A Property Abatement and Clean-up

The City of Anadarko is seeking a contractor to clean-up abated properties within the corporate city limits. Each property has a unique issue that has to be met in order to meet the standards as outline in City Code. Some properties have very little work to be done outside of mowing or removing brush. Other properties have issues that includes trash removal. No property has the need for structures or removal of grown, mature trees. The bid should be based on the needs of each property to possibly include mowing, underbrush cut and removed, trash removal and spraying the property. No major work will be included.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Hazardous Material Assessment, Site Remediation, Contaminated Site Material Removal, Asbestos Remediation, Asbestos Abatement, Removal and Disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
