Description

The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide a complete array of professional Architectural and Engineering Services for the CCBC Catonsville Student Service Center Addition & Partial Renovation, Stone Wall Restoration, & Creations of Outdoor Classrooms project. It is anticipated that this project will require a special combination of team disciplines to be included in the proposal due to the required scopes of work. The sole point of contact at CCBC for purposes of this Solicitation is the Procurement Officer noted below. Any questions with regard to any aspect of this proposal must be directed to James Adelman, JAdelmanatecbcmd.edu. Only information communicated by the Procurement Officer shall be deemed the official position of the College. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
