Description

Provide all necessary material, labor, tools and equipment for building improvements and related demolition to accommodate new HVAC units, heat pump, ductwork and distribution inlets/outlets, lighting, ceiling grid and lay-in acoustical panels, a new overhead garage door, power/data outlet upgrades, and new precast concrete parking bumpers Estimated Base Bid Cost Range: $277,700.00 - $372,000.00 All visitors to Camp Murray are required to obtain a visitors pass at the Portland Avenue entry gate visitors center. For access information please visit the Military Department To perform work on JBLM Lewis Main, the Bidder, if successful, and all associated subcontractor employees, if any, shall provide all information required for background checks to meet installation access requirements to be accomplished by installation Provost Marshal Office. The successful Bidder's workforce must comply with all personal identity verification requirements as directed by the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DA), The National Guard Bureau (NGB) and/or local policy. If photo ID is not REAL ID Act compliant, a second photo ID must be presented in the form of a U.S. Passport or Dept of Defense photo ID.
