| Description | Contractor to provide all labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, licensing, permits and taxes. Project location: CCC, Placer Center, 3710 Christian Valley Road Auburn, CA 95602. Placer Center desires the exterior repair and repainting of the Administration, Recreation and Corps member Development (CMD) buildings. The work for the exterior paint project will include all surface preparation (including wall, facia, miscellaneous trim, window and door repair or replacement), painting, finishing work, cleanup and related items necessary to complete work Prepare surface by repairing exterior walls, wall joints, fascia, overhangs, doors, door glass, miscellaneous trims, windows, window glass and all exterior surfaces of the buildings envelop excluding the roof. |
