Mcleansville Regional Readiness Center Early Site Package

The work includes the clearing and grading of approximately 64-acres of a mostly wooded 116-acre property for the future construction of a Regional Readiness Center. After clearing and grubbing, the site shall be graded. A significant amount of earthwork and grading is required to level off the site for functionality. Mass rock removal is included within the scope of this project. Segmental retaining walls are included within the scope due to the grade changes and to avoid impacting wetlands. Erosion control and site stabilization is included within the project scope. Other site features included within the project scope are grading for an entrance driveway with a box culvert and guardrails, grading building pads for two future buildings, two segmental retaining walls, pipe gate at site entrance, entrance driveway gravel and stabilization, temporary seeding, and a main entrance project sign.
