Lawson Creek Boardwalk Replacement Project

Boardwalk at Lawson Creek Park and a portion of the shelter was destroyed during Hurricane Florence. This project includes rebuilding the boardwalk to specifications listed below and within the attached drawings. The project will also include replacing deck boards,handrails and handrail posts on the shelter structure at the end of the boardwalk. Handrail profile on shelter structure is the same as on the boardwalk. The boardwalk is 6’ wide and approximately 400’ long. The existing pilings are intact and use able for the rebuild.
