Description

The project generally consists of a 10,000 SF expansion of the AMC YTEC youth detention facility. The Project will minimally encompass program spaces, expanded recreation yards, interior renovations, and supporting site improvements. The total building expansion will be approximately 10,000 SF, single-story construction. To achieve the expansion, the Scope of Work will include modifications inside a portion of the building and to an existing exterior wall to provide a three (3) hour fire wall between the front administration structure and back housing units.
