Description | The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, installation of two (2) 16,800 BBL API 650 vertical, above-ground Jet-A storage tanks with related appurtenances, and a new waterline. The Bid, if over $100,000.00, must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid Price. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of the Contract Price will be required of the successful Bidders. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference and the Site Inspection is not mandatory, but all interested bidders are encouraged to attend in order to facilitate better preparation of their bids. Attendance may also increase the bidders understanding of, and ability to meet the States Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontractor participation goals. Questions Due April 26, 2022 10:00 AM.
