County Civic Center Cafeteria

The County of Santa Clara is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to give qualified vendors an opportunity to respond and inform the County of their interest and capabilities to operate a cafeteria which also trains and employs justice-involved adults, former foster youth, and other at-risk/disenfranchised young adults in the County. The information gathered in this RFI may be used to clarify the County's desired approach and provide a basis for preparing a competitive solicitation. However, based on the response to the RFI and the County's budgetary requirements, there is no guarantee of a subsequent formal solicitation process. This solicitation will not directly result in a contract, but the information gathered will aid in determining whether a future competitive solicitation is required or whether alternative procurement processes can be utilized.
