The services of a qualified and experienced state of florida licensed general contractor to provide all required administration, materials, tools, equipment, labor, supervision and expendables for the addition of a 752 gsf of conditioned masonry/building on the north side of the existing building and 1,240 gsf of interior remodel of the exsting lab office building. Improvements are required at the addition with new covered structure; sidewalks and landscape areas at the existing parking area.
