RFQ - Stormwater American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Projects

The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: Consulting engineering services supporting Raleigh Stormwater's American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funded capital improvement projects. There are three unique projects within this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) #274-SM2022-0029 that are supported by the City of Raleigh's ARPA funding allocation, and the most qualified firm(s) are desired to contract for professional engineering consulting services involving final planning, engineering design for construction, and engineering support services during construction, as may be applicable. Time is of the essence for qualified firms in responding to this RFQ and for ultimate delivery of successful services supporting Stormwater's ARPA projects.
