Original Set Aside: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside (specific to Department of Interior). a. The mission of the Bureau of Indian Affairs Facilities Management is to provide a safe and healthy environment for all employees working at the Walter Miner Law Enforcement Center. b. The purpose of this contract is to supply pest control of insects and rodents. Insects such as flies, cockroaches, silverfish, crickets, bedbugs, etc. and rodents such as mice and rats in this building. With special emphasis on bed bugs. Statement of Work: a. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, chemicals, transportation, and incidentals as needed for pest control services as specified for the Walter Miner Law Enforcement Center. b. All work under this contract shall conform to all safety standards. c. Work shall be accomplished by individuals skilled in this trade. d. The Contractor will provide a current State License for the State of South Dakota. e. The Contractor will provide proof of insurance for the State of South Dakota. f. Verification of how longthe Contractor has been in the Pest Control Business. g. Contractor must provide proof of registration insam.gov.
