Description Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to plant the seedlings in Assessment Area -1 and Assessment Area-2 as depicted on Figure 3. The plant seedlings will be in 2-gallon buckets located at the plant staging area as depicted of Figure 2. The planting contractor will be responsible for getting the plant seedlings to the planting areas indicated on Figure 3. Figure 3 shows a mowed path that will delineate the planting areas. Most of the planting assessment areas are not accessible for machine planting, hand dibbler planting will be the most effective planting method. The Halfmile Creek Mitigation Area (HCMA) is in Marion County, FL, east of CR 326, north of SR 40, west of CR 315, and consists of approximately the eastern two -thirds (±487.2 acres) of the Halfmile Creek Tract (± 715.9) acres
