Garage Repairs and Upgrades

The Garage is approximately 100' x 60'. A summary of the Garage work includes the installation of new corrugated siding and accessories on all sides, replacement and installation of doors and downspouts, and other repair and structural items as detailed in the scope of work included in the bid documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. There are no bid or performance bonds required for this project at this time. All bids must be sealed and identified with the name and address of the bidder, and clearly marked as a bid for the Garage work. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Borough.
