| Description | Memphis Light, Gas and Water''s (MLGW''s) RFP for the above referenced contract is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor ("Respondent" or "Contractor") on an "as-needed" basis for the sampling, assessment, monitoring, abatement and/or remediation of asbestos-containing materials, lead, mold, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB''s), leaking underground storage tanks, pesticides, infectious waste and/or any other environmental contaminant (as identified) by persons who are knowledgeable, qualified and trained in the identification, removal, treatment, handling and disposal of such referenced pollutants and subsequent cleaning and/or restoring of the affected environment. |
