| Description | The work for which proposals are invited will consist of item 441 asphalt concrete roadway resurfacing. All proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid or a bond for the full amount of the bid, payable to Vernon Township in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Minimum wage rates for this project have been predetermined, as required by law. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, or to accept any proposal that is deemed most favorable to Vernon Township. |
