| Description | STH 23 from the Intersection near the Dodgeville Hospital southerly to the interchange project limits from the Dodgeville bypass concrete replacement project tie-in point from 2019. Mill approximately 1.5 inches of the existing asphalt pavement surfaces, and any incidental items necessary to complete the milling and paving project. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for milling of 1.5 inches of the existing asphalt to recreate the cross sections and profile in preparation for an overlay wedge. County shall provide new asphaltic pavement surface materials, grade shaping, compaction, watering, and rolling materials back to a normal crown or existing cross slope for STH 23. |
