Steele Creek Park Recreation Amenities Feasibility and Prioritization Study

Professional experience in Parks and Recreation Master Planning. With experience in economic, financial and market study of recreation facilities, recreational activities, athletic/sports programing, geographic regions and populations. The consulting firm will be tasked with aiding the City of Bristol, TN in the preparation, development, adoption, and implementation of a Park Recreation Feasibility Study and Project Prioritization, for Steele Creek Park. This feasibility and prioritization study shall focus on what could be built, estimated construction and operating costs, private-public partnerships, and future operational use of recreational amenities at Steele Creek Park. Existing facilities will also be evaluated to determine their feasibility in terms of current maintenance needs, operating cost and identifying potential funding strategies.
