High Hill Subdivision Improvements

The base bid of the project includes street and facility improvements to the following streets and facilities: Majestic Drive, Regan Lane, Hartley Drive, Crofton Drive, Westbury Drive, Southwick Drive, Bristol Drive, Kirkland Drive, Jester Lane, and Sussex Lane, Winchester Drive, and High Hill Park Nature Preserve North and South parks. The project will also include spot curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement and utility rehabilitation. Select areas of bike path will be removed while other areas will be removed and replaced. The bike path will be reconstructed with a minimum of 2 1/2" of surface course and 6" of stone base.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
