Chiller Services

The school district has air-cooled and water-cooled chillers throughout the district. The attached table provides the current locations, the number and  type  of   chillers at each upon execution of the contract.  The district reserves the right to modify the number of  participating locations at  any time during the term  of the contract. If sites and chillers are adjusted, the change(s) will be in the for  of  a  contract amendment.  ee Appendix  # 1 -  Chiller Locations and  Information. Services  shall include  inspection, testing,  preventative maintenance,  repair, chiller retrofits,  VFD  upgrades,  24/7 response, and  training/follow-up  (if required).  Preventative  maintenance  (PM)  are anticipated  from February –  April annually.  Services are to  be coordinated through the Maintenance  Department;  the point of  contact information will be provided  after  a  fully  executed contract.  Services  must be conducted in  accordance with current codes and requirements for the equipment, and  with minimal impact and no downtime for the site,  students and its staff.
